<\/span>New Tools to Manage Colocated and Dedicated Servers<\/span><\/h4>\n

ANN ARBOR, Mich — July 15, 2008 — <\/b>Online Tech<\/a>, a managed data center<\/a> operator, announces the release of MyOTC Customer Portal. \u00a0MyOTC allows Online Technologies customers the ability to manage their colocated and dedicated servers at Online Technologies\u2019 data centers by providing remote monitoring and management of their servers.<\/p>\n

The MyOTC Customer Portal provides a dashboard, making it easy to: manage support incidents and user accounts; monitor data center status, server performance, network bandwidth; and remotely reboot servers.\u00a0 The customer portal provides on-demand access to colocation or dedicated server data 24-hours a day, seven days a week.<\/p>\n

As we continue to focus on enhancing the OTC customer experience, our clients asked for more on-demand tools to simplify their server management. The new MyOTC customer portal will go a long way with providing both better server management tools and enhanced communication with our customers,\u201d said Cristina Yancura, technical support team member.<\/p>\n

The MyOTC Customer Portal\u2019s features include:
\n\u00b7\u00a0Online Support Incident Management System \u2013 to submit new support cases, track and search support tickets and store documents and procedures that are specific to a client\u2019s data center application.<\/p>\n

\u00b7\u00a0Server and System Management \u2013 to view real time bandwidth usage, bandwidth history and, Web site statistics; to manage e-mail accounts; and to remotely reboot servers.<\/p>\n

\u00b7\u00a0Monitor OTC Data Center Status \u2013 to quickly view any operation issues and scheduled maintenance windows for all three Online Technologies data centers.<\/p>\n

\u00b7\u00a0Server Performance Monitoring \u2013 (an optional feature) to monitor five key server operational parameters including: server memory, disk space, caching, network and CPU utilization with online reports.<\/p>\n

In addition, Online Technologies will use the portal to communicate with customers. This allows Online Technologies to keep its customers up-to-date on future plans and new products and technologies being offered.<\/p>\n
