As a primer here&#8217;s the issue&#8230;As chips become more powerful they put off more heat. Simultaneously if they are shrinking they are putting off more heat per surface area and more heat per cubic air surrounding the chip. Cooling technology removes that heat and puts it outside the enclosed data center.
