And we have a beautiful new space to put them.<\/p>\n<p>As we outlined in a recent press release, Online Tech &#8212; already the largest <a href=\"https:\/\/onlinetech.com\/compliant-hosting\/overview\">secure and compliant data center<\/a> operator in Michigan &#8212; is continuing its recent trend of aggressive growth and renovated 5,000-square feet of Ann Arbor office space to expand our company headquarters.<\/p>\n<p>We experienced significant business and staff growth through some tough economic times the past few years (and have been <a href=\"https:\/\/onlinetech.com\/news\/press-releases\/2013\/online-tech-honored-as-bright-spot-in-michigan-economy\">honored as a Michigan bright spot for it<\/a>) and doubled our employee count to nearly 50 over the past 15 months.<\/p>\n<p>We\u2019re planning to fill 10 additional <a href=\"https:\/\/onlinetech.com\/company\/careers\">professional-level positions<\/a> in the third quarter of 2013, and Director of Human Resources, Deb Webster, is busy building a \u2018pipeline\u2019 section for our website in anticipation of more future growth.<\/p>\n<p>Currently, Online Tech is looking for a <a href=\"https:\/\/www.onlinetech.com\/company\/careers\/senior-infrastructure-engineer\">Senior Infrastructure Engineer<\/a>, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.onlinetech.com\/company\/careers\/network-engineer\">Network<\/a> and <a href=\"https:\/\/www.onlinetech.com\/company\/careers\/software-engineer\">Software<\/a> Engineers and a <a href=\"https:\/\/www.onlinetech.com\/company\/careers\/systems-administrator-windows\">System Administrators for Windows<\/a>. In the near future we\u2019ll be hiring <a href=\"https:\/\/www.onlinetech.com\/company\/careers\/account-executive-indiana-and-ohio\">Account Executives<\/a> and <a href=\"https:\/\/www.onlinetech.com\/company\/careers\/senior-sales-engineer-indiana-and-ohio\">Senior Sales Engineers<\/a>. All positions require a Baccalaureate degree and between three and 10 years of professional experience.<\/p>\n<p>To accommodate some of the additional hires \u2013 and bring together teams previously spread around Online Tech\u2019s two Ann Arbor data center locations \u2013 we doubled the headquarters occupancy to 10,000 square feet at the Burlington Office Center on Eisenhower Parkway on the city\u2019s south side. The increased space allowed us to bring our marketing and product development teams under one roof with the sales team, administration staff and corporate staff. As we continue to grow, we have an agreement to take over the entire third floor (13,000 square feet) of the building.<\/p>\n<p>It\u2019s an exciting time at Online Tech.
