Mr. Reardon is very familiar with Schurz Communications, serving as an independent Director since 2020. He has served as CEO and other senior roles for multiple firms in the telecommunications and technology-related industries for more than 20 years.<\/p>\n<p>Prior to joining Schurz Communications, Mr. Reardon was Of Counsel to Kutak Rock LLP in the firm\u2019s Corporate and Government Services Department, where he worked with several prominent broadband companies. He also served as Director of Strategies for Smart Cities at American Infrastructure Partners (2019-2021); and as a Managing Director and CEO of Choctaw Telecommunications, LLC, a wireless communications company (2011-2019). Mr. Reardon has held senior leadership roles, including CEO and General Counsel, for other telecommunications and technology companies, including: MCLM, LLC and Critical RF, Inc. (2006-2011); and Mobex Communications, Inc. and Mobex Network Services Co., a nationwide carrier of wireless services (1997-2005). He began his career as a telecom associate for the law firm of Keller and Heckman, LLP from 1994-1997.<\/p>\n<p>Mr. Reardon was a founding and current Board Member of Oxford Lane Capital Corporation (Nasdaq Global: OXLC). He is a 2008 graduate of the CEO mentoring program Mindshare, and he was elected to serve on the Board for three years (2015-2018). Mr. Reardon is past President and a Board Member of the Columbia Law School Alumni Association of Washington, DC. He is the current Vice Chair of the Board of Directors of ACA Connects. He is the founder of Children\u2019s Hospital Artists, Readers and Musicians (CHARM), a Washington, D.C.-based charity that entertains young patients at their bedside.<\/p>\n<p>Mr. Reardon has a B.A. from Boston University, summa cum laude, and earned his J.D. from Columbia Law School. Since 1996 he\u2019s been involved in nearly every aspect of the industry: Sales, Support, Engineering, Consulting. You name it, and Ben\u2019s probably done it. But his real passion for growing businesses stemmed from starting and selling one of his own, and has inspired him to lead other organizations to their revenue objectives. His track-record in tech includes building sales teams, channel programs, doubling and tripling revenue streams using effective strategies, and creating a culture of success.<\/p>\n<p>As VP of Sales at OTAVA, Ben uses this wealth of experience to insightfully navigate our sales strategy toward its goals. Leading by example, Ben puts in the work and walks-the-walk every day, never missing an opportunity to share his knowledge with his colleagues. A coach, mentor, and all-around team player, Ben is the engine behind OTAVA\u2019s accelerating growth and an invaluable asset to the team.<\/p>\n<p>While scarce, in his free time Ben enjoys restoring old boats, cars, and trucks in his garage. His most recent project is restoring his Hummer H1. If he\u2019s not tinkering around, Ben can likely be found on Austin\u2019s Lake Travis fishing, waterskiing, or otherwise enjoying the water with his family. Today, as Vice President of Marketing at OTAVA, Josh focuses on go-to-market strategy, demand generation, and helping to create alignment between marketing, sales, channel, and product teams.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Known for his collaborative and pragmatic approach, Josh believes that strong relationships and clear communication are the foundation of any successful strategy. He\u2019s passionate about helping businesses adapt to change and seize new opportunities in a fast-moving world.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Outside of work, Josh is a grateful husband and father, lifelong drummer, and lover of music and comedy. He loves hanging out with his family and is active in his church, serving across various teams and playing on the worship team, and makes time for fitness (meh, or at least tries to). He has led senior engineering teams at Lockheed Martin, built national technical sales teams, managed IT budgeting\/reporting for publicly traded companies and developed technical products and services portfolios along the way.<\/p>\n<p>Ben discovered a passion for helping IT leaders navigate tough business challenges and began designing comprehensive IT solutions to match. His goal is to always help companies get the most out of their technology investments while creating clarity around their goals, capabilities and future needs.<\/p>\n<p>Ben has stayed in the Colorado front-range since graduating from Colorado State University and enjoys lots of sunshine with his wife Dana and kids, Daniel and Makayla. Weekends are spent at basketball games, gymnastic competitions, and trying to run a little farther and faster than last weekend. Inspired by human relationships, she believes continuous development and learning always drive personal and professional success. She has a Bachelor\u2019s degree in Psychology,\u00a0 from Cluj \u2013 Napoca &#8211; Romania and has an international Train the Trainers certificate.<\/p>\n<p>Over the past 15 years of her professional experience, she has acted in a few different strategic Human Resources roles, providing leadership guidance. Ioana helps drive business growth at OTAVA in the international and US markets through her Human Resources strategies and recruitment processes.<\/p>\n<p>Ioana is always looking to add a valuable impact in the people and culture at OTAVA. She is passionate about exploring new cultures and diverse human approaches to life, hence her extensive traveling around the globe. He started his IT career staffing the help desk, working for a small regional Citrix reseller, and moved up to the Director of Engineering. Later, he served as the Chief Technology Officer for a mid-size accounting software service provider in Seattle, Washington.<\/p>\n<p>For the last four years, Steve has contributed to OTAVA\u00ae, leading different teams, including the Manager of Service Integrity, Director of Network Operations and Security, and he now serves OTAVA as the Chief Information Security Officer.<\/p>\n<p>When he is away from work, Steve is a full-time traveler living with his wife, Jackie, in a forty-foot RV. Over the last three years, \u201con the road,\u201d they have circled the country and plan to start the next loop in 2024.
