Palachuk invited Sage to join his bi-weekly show because its primary audience \u2013 managed service providers \u2013 has been engaged in a debate about whether HIPAA regulations and the HITECH Act make working in the healthcare space \u201cso big and so complicated and so scary\u201d that it\u2019s best to just run away.
